Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

PSK Eduventures strives to deliver the highest quality educational experience. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established this Refund Policy to address situations where a refund may be appropriate. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms outlined below.

By enrolling in any PSK Eduventures program or purchasing any service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

• Program Cancellation by PSK Eduventures: If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
• Technical Issues: If access to a paid digital service is unavailable for an extended period due to our technical failure, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
• Enrollment within 48 Hours: Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of enrollment (before program commencement) may be considered, subject to administrative charges.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Fees paid for programs that have already commenced
• Registration fees and administrative charges
• Study materials and printed content once delivered
• Digital product downloads once accessed
• Workshop and seminar fees after the event date
• Dream Them® registration fees after submission

4. Cancellation Policy

Students or parents wishing to withdraw from a program must notify PSK Eduventures in writing at info@pskeduventures.com at least 5 working days before the program start date.

Late cancellation requests (after program commencement) will not be eligible for refunds unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated and approved by management.

5. Digital Products & Subscriptions

For digital learning content, app subscriptions, and online program access: once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, refunds will not generally be provided. For subscription services, cancellation will take effect from the next billing period — no partial period refunds are issued.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

• Email us at info@pskeduventures.com with subject line "Refund Request"
• Include your full name, enrollment details, payment receipt, and reason for refund
• Refund requests are processed within 7-14 business days
• Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method
